According to a survey conducted by an international consulting firm, Skytrax, an expert in civil aviation, the best airport in the world in the year 2011 is that of Hong Kong (China). This result is based on feedback from users. For this report, 11.4 million people of more than 100 nationalities were heard, and they evaluated the airports according to the following criteria: comfort, accessibility, services, leisure facilities, among others. So the result that the Hong Kong Airport is the best of the world is indisputable.
Brazilian airports are not prepared for such a big event like the World Cup. Everything will probably be set up in the nick of time. But, based on the research I have done in order to make this comment, the country is trying to prepare itself. For instance, the government intends to fine companies that do not complete the all the works in 18 months.
I think that to improve and not make serious erros to tourists and users, who deserve all of our respect, people in charge of the arrangements should research and study what has been done in the best airport of the world. It might inspire them to improve their work.

I don’t know many airports, but the Singapore Changi Airport was elected the best. It’s essencial have a check-in and check-up fast, security, humanized attendant and a food court with accessible prices.
Surely not, the airports brasilian need to improve a lot. It should improve the structure, allowing more flights arrive and technology for the boarding and landing is faster and safer.

Airports should offer comfort, safety, practicality and good location, as well as Hong Kong. I think the Brazilian airports are not prepared for the World Cup in 2014, will be difficult to offer a good service to tourists missing little time for planning and execution.

1.In my opinion the best airport is London Heathrow Airport, it has a rack full of easy access to all social classes, offering exelentes services for passengers and also has shops, snack bars, fast foods. It has a great location, it being near the center of London.

    2. In my opinion,no, they aren't. There is much to be improved, because there were several scandals involving delays, loss of passenger baggage and lack of security. If Brazilians have for us is difficult, let alone foreigners who fill up the country in 2014.

Tambo International airport, for me is best, because have large luggage compartment; healf clinic; banks; more than 40 shops; Premier Conference Centre; prayer areas for Muslims, and restaurant including the African Lounge; Cafe di Roma and Nandos
I think the airport of Brazil not have structure to receive thousands of foreigners all the time
For Brazil provide good services it is necessary more confort, safety, quality in hospitals, more parking etc.
In some states do not have security, good hospitals? The government owes to the Brazilians, the parking lots should be multiplied etc.

1- The best airport to me is Singapore Changi Airport. I could see through the images that the airport has the ability to accommodate many people and bring security and convenience.
The key to providing good services, the airport has to be able to accommodate a considerable number of people bringing the well-being.

2- The Brazilians’ airports are not prepared to accommodate the World Cup; there are a lot of delays, overbooking and the structure is not tolerable.

1 - The best airport for me is actually the Cape Town Airport because it receives more than a thousand passengers each year. This airport is considered one of the more important airports in South Africa. The essential thing in an airport to provides good services is the physical expansion, qualified operators, flight controllers, qualified employees to help the foreigners

2 - No. The Brazilian airports are not prepared to receive the world’s cup in 2014. Because they don’t have enough physical space to receive the foreigners in this year. The airplanes get late. And the employees are not prepared to receive the passengers . We need to get a solution before 2014. The airports need to get new flight controllers and operators. The schedule of the flight has to be punctual.

In my opinión the Londón Heathrow Airport is the wonderful airport because your capacity is big , the London Heathrow too has many faciities, comfort. But orther airport that my attract attention was the Tokio Haneda Airport because he too is much big.I think that the airports has that has many facities and comfort to passengers so travel is a thing much tiring. Unfortunataly of Brazil Airport still is not prepared to receive a big volume of people in yours installations so I think better that Brazil be prepar better to the future.

I think the best airport is the airport of London, because it has good structure to serve customers, offers comfort and security.
As for Brazil think that is not prepared to meet the large number of turitas it will receive in 2014, requires improvements in the structure of airports to better serve customers.

In my opinion the best airport is the airport of London, it is the fourth busiest airport in the world and has a great structure to accommodate its customers.
Brazilian airports are not prepared for the World Cup in 2014
As they are not structured to receive tourists. They make a lot of security holes and are unable to receive a large number of passengers.

1.In my opinion is the best airport in London, it offers good infruestrutura for its passengers, and being the 4th best airport in the world.
And with this ends up giving the passengers a good trip.
To be a good one should offer an airport check-in and check-up fast and good facilities if the flight will be delayed for any reason.

2.Doing a quick scan you can see that Brazil is a bit behind many of the airports in the world, but that does not mean that the services provided are not good. Check-in is fast, when the passenger arrives at the time that I request, as well as the check-up as well.
And I think the cup should improve the Brazilian airports in question because of infruestrutura airports and some places are small even for the Brazilian passengers.

1- In my opinión the Haneda Airport of Tokyo. Because is the biggest and the busiest airport in Japan and has a special VIP terminal, with two parking lots for private aircraft.
For an airport to provide good services to customers or passengers it is important that some basic rules be observed, such as:
Keep an uptodate timetable with precise information as to airplanes landing and departures. Keep a reception desk with qualified personnel that will be able to properly inform passengers. Keep a good and qualified staff of air traffic control. Keep good information and well located signs with reference to entrances and exits, police department, airlines check in desks, restrooms, restaurants, etc. Keep a good and qualified staff of airplanes technical maintenance. Keep a good and friendly staff of receptionists to provide precise information to passengers, avoiding that passengers stand in line for a long time. Keep a good staff to handle passenger´s luggage. Keep a good staff of flight attendants who will be able to attend on passengers very politely and in an efficient way. keep the best ever staff of pilots and co-pilots, as well as the best and well maintained aircrafts.

    2- No
Because, the Brazilian airports not have an adequate infrastructure to receive tourists and not domestic passengers. For they not comply with
    some basic rules of organization.
The airports have to improve the organization of flights and raise the structure to accommodate the large numbers of passengers who going to watch the world’s cup in 2014.

  20. I know of only four and they are all Brazilian airports: Guarulhos International Airport, in Campinas Viracopos, Joazeiro Ceará in the north-and Teresina-PI. For a trip to the Northeast of Brazil, used the Guarulhos International AIRPORT, with stops in Joazeiro do Norte in Ceara, of course, was not a long stop, but it was enough to get an idea the Airport, even though the door of my airplane. Arrived at after 20 minutes Terezina. Our very simple, I noticed some disruption of the withdrawal in the wake of the bags. The Viracopos, in Campinas, did not use any aircraft, only went to visit (walk) I loved it!. but those I mentioned, the most modern, equipped with more refinement and comfort is even Guarulhos International. That yes, I think it has all the conditions to receive visitors and USERS in world cup 2014.
